The Thursday volunteer gardeners have been working on thinning out the shrubberies in the walled garden. Jonathan Taylor, Deputy Head Gardener is seen here taking his no nonsense approach to the task. Plenty of new plants are being put in these beds ready for next year when the garden opens to the public again on April 1st.
