New Chilli Plants

Tim Marshall, Head Gardener at Holkham is pictured here with chilli plants 'Scotch Bonnets' that have been potted up ready for the glasshouse. This is a new venture with a local chilli sauce producer Glynn, of Norfolk Heatwave, who is based at nearby Weybourne near Holt. We'll be following the progress of the plants along the way on this blog.
