Beds are made.

On what was an absolute scorcher of a day it was an great pleasure to have a group of school children help plant out the final beds in the Events room.

 

Using designs created by the children earlier this year, the beds are now fully planted and the room will be bursting with colour within weeks.

 

Interpretation borads show the winning designs and supply the names of both the designer and the plants they used.

 

The children worked in groups and even had the opportunity to create an impromptu design on the day.  Are these the future Chelsea designers in the making?

 

 

 

When they were finished the children got the chance to cool off under sprinklers we set up for them.  A well earned, fun end to the day. Thank you Burnham Market Primary.
